Returns & exchanges.

Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Bikes must be returned in the condition they were delivered, with all parts and accessories included.
• On receipt of returned goods, Beach Bike reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these return policy requirements.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund — unless we made a shipping error, in which case we cover the return label.

Contact us first to start a return — through the contact page at beachbike.com/contact, by email at [email protected], or by phone at (850) 399-5999 — with your order number and the reason for the return.

• Keep your box: please keep the original box and packing for 14 days after delivery.
• Shipped returns: we'll email repacking steps (pedals off, handlebar turned — about 15 minutes with the tools that came with your bike) and a prepaid return label. The label cost is deducted from your refund, unless we made a shipping error.
• Local returns: riding distance from Destin? Drop the bike off at 239 Main St. Suite B, Destin, FL 32541 — no box needed and nothing deducted for shipping.

If we shipped the wrong item, or the bike has a defect out of the box, contact us and we will make it right at our cost — replacement, repair, or refund, your choice. Defects that appear after the 14-day window are handled under the warranty policy.
